CincyTech Announces Leadership Additions

Ashley Keating, Partner

Over her career at PwC, Ashley acquired a wealth of M&A experience and a multifaceted understanding of the deal and investment processes. For the last six years, she built the infrastructure of CincyTech.

We are excited to announce two important changes in the CincyTech team that allow us to continue to drive impact in the region into the future. These changes reflect our focus on building a mission-focused team of investment professionals with deep local ties and a vision to build high growth technology companies that impact the world.

First, Ashley Keating will be joining our investment team as a Partner from her current role as CFO. Ashley's role in building our financial and operational foundation over the years has been invaluable. In that role she has become more engaged and active in our investment process, and this promotion is a natural evolution of her role in the organization. She has great financial and transactional experience, a fresh perspective on the areas of interest we focus on, and a growing network that is already adding value to our portfolio.

Kerry Hull, Vice President of Finance

Hull is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and earned a Bachelor of Arts in art history from Boston College and a Masters in Accounting/Masters of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Second, Kerry Hull will take on the role of Vice President of Finance. Kerry joined our team from PwC in anticipation of Ashley's new role. With experience in the financial aspects of our business, Kerry will assume key financial and operational responsibilities going forward and her promotion is in recognition of her performance and potential.
