Alex Tosolini is a highly accomplished executive with over 30 years of experience driving business strategy, sales, marketing, supply chain, e-commerce, and M&A in the consumer goods and retail sectors. Most recently, Alex held the position of CEO at PDC Brands, a globally recognized leader in wellness and personal care products known for its rapid growth. Prior to this, he served as an Officer at the Kroger Company, where he was Senior Vice President of New Business Development. In this pivotal role, Alex orchestrated strategic initiatives and spearheaded Kroger’s partnerships with industry giants like Ocado and Walgreens. He also played integral roles on the boards of 84.51, Kroger Personal Finance, and the Kroger Foundation.
Before joining Kroger, Alex enjoyed a distinguished 24-year career at Procter & Gamble, where he held various global leadership positions. His roles included leading Procter’s Global e-Business, serving as Senior Vice President of Fabric Care North America, and serving as CEO and Chairman of the Board for P&G Central Europe North. Throughout his career, Alex has demonstrated a remarkable ability to build and lead high-performing teams across different functions and organizations.
Alex is now a Board Member, Strategic Advisor, Investor, and Adjunct Professor. He serves on several Boards and teaches Strategy and Leadership at Miami University for the Executive MBA program.
Alex earned a degree in Business Administration at Bocconi University in Milan, Italy and he is a member of the Aspen Institute’s Italian Talents Abroad Community.
