Brooke Balcom is a finance executive with deep experience across investing, corporate finance, and M&A. As CFO of the Fischer Family Office, she oversees multi-generational investments, tax strategy, and long-term planning. Previously, she served as CFO of Sibcy Cline Realtors, where she led a successful acquisition, enhanced profitability, and modernized operations across a portfolio of diverse business lines.
Earlier in her career, Brooke built and led high-performing teams in leveraged finance and private capital investing, partnering with middle-market companies and private equity funds to drive growth and value creation. She has served on multiple private fund advisory boards and corporate boards and currently serves on the board of CincyTech. She is recognized for her analytical rigor, pragmatic leadership, and ability to guide organizations through change.
Based in Anderson Township with her husband, Ryan, and their four children, Brooke often jokes that coordinating her family’s calendar is her best leadership training yet. She holds an MBA from Duke University and a BA from the University of Michigan, where she was a two-time tennis team captain and Big Ten Sportswoman of the Year. A former athlete turned executive, she credits her success to discipline, adaptability, love of competition, and the pursuit of continuous improvement on and off the court.
