Logan Hille is the Life Sciences Analyst at CincyTech supporting the investment team by sourcing and evaluating life science opportunities through technical and scientific diligence across a range of disciplines. He also works closely with CincyTech’s institutional research partners, including hospitals and universities, to strengthen our regional relationships and foster collaborative growth.

Prior to joining, Logan completed his doctorate in Biomedical Sciences at Harvard University, focusing on the development and application of gene-editing technologies under the mentorship of Dr. Ben Kleinstiver. His research centered on engineering enhanced CRISPR-Cas proteins, with the goal of expanding their transformative potential across a broader spectrum of disease applications.
While at Harvard, Logan gained valuable biotech commercialization experience by exploring the intersection of science and industry as a member of the Harvard Biotech Club. Additionally, he served as a Business Development Fellow at the Harvard Office of Technology Development, where he was actively involved in translating cutting-edge research from the lab to impactful real-world applications.

Logan earned his Ph.D. in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Harvard University and B.S. in Biochemistry from Indiana University.
Outside of work, Logan likes to spend time cooking, exploring a broad range of literature, and discovering the best of Cincinnati and beyond alongside his wife. He’s a basketball enthusiast and loyalist to his alma mater, the Indiana Hoosiers, cheering them on every season.
