Mike Louge

Mike Louge most recently served as the EVP and COO of OhioHealth, Corp. In this executive management role, he was charged with successfully developing and executing the strategy for growth and assuring the organizational vision is linked to operations. Mike was responsible for all operations of the company, as well as, the OhioHealth Physician Group, Managed Care, and Population Health. He joined the organization in 2000 as CFO.

Mike served for 10 years on the Board of the Ohio Hospital Association including as Chair of the Board in 2019. Currently, Mike advises healthcare startups and their management team to reach commercially viable status, and sets on numerous Boards.

Prior to OhioHealth, Mike was SVP and CFP at SETON Healthcare Network in Austin, Texas, a component of Ascension Health. Previously, he was Vice President of Financial Operations at Presbyterian Healthcare System and Director of Finance at Presbyterian Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He began his career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells in Dallas.

Mike received a bachelor's degree in accounting from Texas A&M University and has been a CPA since 1982.
